Through ongoing curriculum development, we are expanding the reach and impact of Biblical counseling by creating educational resources that equip caregivers for today's ministry challenges. By combining Biblical conviction with thoughtful engagement of real-life concerns, these resources help churches and counseling ministries provide informed, compassionate, and effective care.
Each course represents an investment in the people who are serving on the front lines of ministry and a commitment to strengthening the church's ability to care well for those who are hurting. Enroll in individual courses by clicking on their dedicated link, or subscribe for access to all of our resources for $15/month.

Anger + Shame: An Often Overlooked Dynamic of Anger
Anger has many dynamics to consider. In this course we explore the dynamic of shame. We will look first at anger and briefly define it biblically. We will then look at the root of shame that can be found underneath anger and consider a biblical approach to the intersection of anger and shame. Throughout the course, we offer practical guidance to the biblical counselor as we discuss best approaches.

Dissociation: An Introduction
Theological Anthropology and Dissociation: A Classical Christian Perspective traces the phenomenon of dissociation through Scripture's Creation, Fall, Redemption, and Consummation arc. It begins with Creation, honoring humanity as God's image-bearers with psychosomatic unity, distinct from His self-existent aseity. Dissociation is described as one of the fractures of sin, linking it to a theology of death as separation. Redemption is provided through Christ’s Incarnation. In Consummation, eternal embodiment fully restores relationships, offering a hope that begins in the present through union with Christ.

Holy Spirit: Practical Ideas for Counseling
This course gives an overview of the Holy Spirit throughout Scripture through the lens of the human experience. You will learn about the role of the Holy Spirit within the Trinity, biblical metaphors for understanding the Spirit, the activity of the Spirit in both the Old and New Testaments, the spiritual life of the people of God, and how to apply these concepts to biblical counseling. Additionally, you will gain a broader perspective on the connection between the biblical theme of presence and the role of the Holy Spirit. Throughout the course, theological content will be integrated with practical application. Additionally, one section is devoted to examples of how to directly apply the teaching to counseling scenarios.
