Embodied Care

Embodied Care helps people learn to think about and treat their bodies in ways that honor God. Using Scripture and guided conversation, it builds a biblical foundation for understanding the body so that negative thoughts, emotions, and habits can be addressed. Because beliefs shape our feelings and actions, developing a right view of the body leads to healthier choices that support both spiritual and physical well-being.

This approach flows from a Christian worldview that sees humans as embodied beings created in God’s image, where spiritual and physical health are deeply connected. Drawing on years of ministry, theological training, personal training, and personal struggles with body image, stress, and eating disorders, the sessions offer compassionate, personalized guidance to help people care for their bodies in ways that glorify God.
